As a Wounded Healer and Shamanic Energy Practitioner, I believe in guiding my clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience, wisdom, and happiness. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and joyful life, and I am here to help you achieve that on a spiritual level.

I started my healing path when life altering events led me to go inward and find my truth. Through trauma counseling, brainspotting, and a three-year Shamanic Apprenticeship, I found my way from being a victim, leaving myself, and giving away my power to joyfully living with my heart open, loving my whole self, and being calm in my chaos
I started my healing path when life altering events led me to go inward and find my truth. Through trauma counseling, brainspotting, and a three-year Shamanic Apprenticeship, I found my way from being a victim, leaving myself, and giving away my power to joyfully living with my heart open, loving my whole self, and being calm in my chaos more often than not. I'm excited to continue this lifelong path of learning and integrating for myself and help others along their way.
I'm currently co-authoring a book with my spouse on Autistic/ADHD relationships. Details coming soon!
